苏晓杰，教授/博导，重庆大学自动化学院院长，机器人与智能系统研究所所长，国家自然科学基金杰出青年基金项目（青A）获得者，重庆五四青年奖章获得者。主要从事智能控制理论及智慧无人系统应用领域研究，已出版英文学术专著3部，牵头编制1项团体标准，发表学术论文100余篇，论文SCI他引总频次8000余次。2017-2023年入选科睿唯安全球高被引科学家，2021-2025年入选爱思唯尔中国高被引学者。作为项目负责人主持国家发改委重大科技专项、国家重点研发计划（2项）、国家自然科学基金联合重点项目、国家自然科学基金国际合作项目、国防创新特区项目等国家级重大/重点项目10余项。以第一完成人获重庆市自然科学一等奖2项等。获2022 IEEE SMC Early Career Award、2023 IEEE Outstanding SMC Chapter Award、2026 IEEE SMC Outstanding Contribution Award和2026 IEEE Most Active SMC Technical Committee Award。
创立IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics and Robotics and Automation Joint Societies Chapter和IEEE SMC Embodied AI Systems Technical Committee担任首届主席，担任IEEE Transactions on Artificial Intelligence、IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems、IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems、IEEE Systems Journal等十余个顶级国际期刊Associate Editor，同时担任中国自动化学会理事等职务。
