佘桂林，重庆大学副教授、博士生导师，获得2021年度重庆市科学技术奖技术发明奖一等奖，担任多个国际SCI期刊的编委和副主编。在罗均教授的领导下，长期从事流体强扰动下薄壁结构动力学行为的研究，特别是在非线性动力学、多场耦合分析、振动控制等方面，取得了一系列国际公认的研究成果，相关成果已被成功应用于多自由度动态实验装置、复杂高机动动态模拟试验系统、特种试验装备等国家核心技术领域。在Nonlinear Dynamics, Acta Mechanica Sinica,  Int. J. Eng. Sci., Int. J. Mech. Sci., Compos. Struct.等重要学术期刊发表论文40余篇，并得到国内外学者的关注与高度评价。
