李凯健，重庆大学博士，香港大学、新加坡国立大学博士后，现任重庆大学管理科学与房地产学院副教授，博士生导师，兼任中国城市科学学会城市更新专业委员会委员。研究方向涉及项目驱动型组织的创新管理、建成环境数字化治理等。获批国自科项目2项、教育部人文社科基金1项，中国博士后基金一等资助1项、澳-中联合自然科学基金1项、重庆市自科项目1项等科研项目，以主要作者在Cities, Computers Environment and Urban Systems, Environmental Impact Assessment Review, Journal of Management in Engineering及《管理评论》等国内外学术刊物发表SCI/SSCI/自然科学基金委A类期刊论文50余篇，出版学术专著2部，获批专利4项，获重庆市社会科学优秀成果一等奖等省部级奖励。
