- Abstract:对国内外公共项目公私合作研究历史进行了简要回顾,从PPP的概念与本质、项目风险与分配、治理理论、政府管理与监管等四个方面总结了我国对公共项目公私合作的研究进展。在我国多元经济模式的条件下,提出了适合我国PPP的定义,明晰了PPP中的"伙伴关系"和促进PPP政策与机制创新途径,并在此基础上展望了我国公共项目公私合作模式的研究方向。
