  • Patent description:本发明公开了一种小型高速五轴联动机床,包括基础结构和支撑于基础结构的主轴箱组件及摇篮式工作台;框形结构的横梁设置于两个立柱上形成桥式龙门结构;本发明增加横梁承受扭转力矩的能力,具有现有技术中五轴联动机床的全部优点的同时,承受同样大小的加工反作用力则可使结构件体积减小,重量大大减轻;主轴箱位于框形横梁的两横杆之间,消除倾覆力矩,并能保证机床本身的稳定性;且在同等加工能力的前提下大大减小各个部件的尺寸,也可使机床的行程设计得更大;上述结构有效提高加工精度和加工范围,可以得到更高的动态特性,进给速度和切削速度,
