章吕天阳（Lyutianyang Zhang），重庆大学弘深青年教师（特别资助）、入选新重庆市优青专项，华为青年学者以及有关部委的国家引进专项，曾参研美国国家自然科学基金两项、美国国家标准技术局联合研究项目（业界首款5G NR侧链路仿真器）。本科毕业于北京理工大学，在美国华盛顿大学先后获得电子工程硕士、应用数学硕士和电子工程博士学位。2023至2024年曾在苹果公司总部担任基带工程师，专注于Wi-Fi链路自适应机制的研发与优化。章吕天阳持续参与WiFi 8国际标准推进并拥有多项标准提案以及专利。担任多个国际知名期刊与会议的审稿人和IEEE GlobeComTPC 以及 IEEE ICC TPC。
