邱越，代尔夫特理工大学计算数学博士，中国工业与应用数学学会（CSIAM）不确定量化专委会委员，上海市海外高层次引进人才，重庆市高层次引进人才，上海市科学技术奖、上海市“科技创新行动计划”基础研究领域项目、上海市自然科学基金项目通讯评审专家。2023年4月起任重庆大学数学与统计学院长聘(tenured)副教授，曾在德国马普学会Max Planck Institute for Dynamics of Complex Technical Systems担任助理研究员（2015.12 -- 2019.10）、上海科技大学担任研究员、博导（2019.10 -- 2023.03）。主要研究领域为不确定性量化、机器学习。作为项目负责人获国家自然科学基金（青年基金）、重庆市留学人员回国创业创新支持计划资助，作为子课题执行人负责欧盟区域发展基金（European Regional Development Funding）。
