博士，副教授，教育部“新世纪优秀人才”。主要从事地震动输入、信号处理及其应用、结构抗震与控制、人工智能等方向的研究。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目1项，主研国家自然科学基金项目7项，发表论文60余篇，参编国家标准和行业规程5部， 获省部级科研成果奖3项。现担任Soil Dynamics and Earthquake Engineering，Journal of Sound and Vibration，Engineering Structures，Nuclear Engineering and Design，Probabilistic Engineering Mechanics，Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration等国内外期刊审稿人。指导毕业硕士研究生22人，3人次获国家奖学金，出国留学进修1人。

2011年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才”支持计划。
2009年度重庆大学十佳“优秀青年教师”。
2012年获重庆大学“唐立新奖教金”优秀科研教师奖三等奖。
