李尚泽,男,重庆市武隆人,博士,副教授
2008年获得成都理工大学/电子科技大学工学及管理学学士学位,2014年获得武汉大学理学博士学位,2014-2017年美国西北大学Feinberg School of Medicine博士后研究员,2017-2020武汉大学第二临床学院/生命科学学院任职助理研究员,2021年至今重庆大学医学院任副教授,硕士生导师。
实验室主要从事抗病毒天然免疫信号转导、炎症反应与肿瘤发病机理研究。以基因敲除及敲入技术,构建基因突变细胞及小鼠,并通过构建动物疾病模型探索基因在调节免疫稳态及肿瘤发生发展中的功能及机制。共发表文章32篇,文章引用超过1300次, H指数19。在Nature Communications、Cancer Research、Biochimica et biophysica acta、Cell death and differentiation、Cancer letters及Oncogene等杂志以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同)发表SCI论文共计16篇,累计影响因子120.9。
