男，1979年生，博士，硕士生导师，所长，重庆测绘学会常务理事。2003年获武汉大学测绘工程专业学士学位，2006和2011年分别获得武汉大学大地测量学与测量工程专业硕士、博士学位，2012年重庆大学土木工程学院任教，2015年赴英国诺丁汉大学访学1年。近五年发表SCI论文5篇，主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项、重庆市自然科学基金项目2项、重庆市博士后科研项目1项，中央高校基本科研业务基金2项。
