Ning Wang received the Ph.D. degree in Information and Communication Engineering from Beijing University of Post and Telecommunication in 2017. He was an Engineer in Huaxin Post and Telecommunications Consulting Design Co., Ltd. from 2012 to 2013. He was with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at George Mason University as a Post-Doctoral Scholar from 2017 to 2020. He is currently a Professor with the College of Computer Science at Chongqing University.
