Dr. Jiangyan Li received her bachelor’s degree of Economics and Ph.D degree od Enterprise Management from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. She has been a visiting scholar in Kelly School of Business, Indiana University from 2017 to 2018. She has also been awarded as the Excellent Graduate and received National Scholarship in Peking University.

Her research interests focus on firm innovation, corporate governance, and family firm management. Her articles have appeared in top journals as Journal of Management, Human Resource Management, Business & Society, and Corporate Governance: An International Review. As a project leader, she has received financial support from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (grant numbers 71902197) and Guangdong Province Natural Science Foundation of China (grant numbers 2019B1515210003). She has also worked as consultant for government and companies such as China Southern Power Corporation and Wens Foodstuff Group.
