Re--searching

My research interest lies in the fields related to granular materials, such as fluidization, 3D printing, coating, beneficiation, combustion, packing, filtration, etc. An important application in metallurgy is the DRI produced by the reduction of iron ore fines in fluidized beds or the reduction of pellets in shaft furnaces. Numerical simulation methods are applied to understand the physics underlying these processes better, and CFD-DEM is mainly concerned, e.g.LBM-DEM and DNS-DEM.
