彭宏刚，副研究员、博士生导师，博士毕业于中南大学，主持1项国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、1项重庆市自然科学基金面上项目、1项中国博士后科学基金特别资助项目、1项中国博士后科学基金面上项目、以及2项中央高校科研经费项目。目前，以第一作者和通讯作者在Fuzzy Optimization and Decision Making、International Journal of Hospitality Management、IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems、Expert Systems with Applications、Information Sciences、Energy Conversion and Management、Energy、Computers & Industrial Engineering、Applied Soft Computing、International Journal of Systems Science、International Journal of Intelligent Systems等国际期刊发表学术论文20余篇。已发表的论文包含2篇ESI热点论文和5篇ESI高被引论文。受邀在国际期刊Frontiers in Artificial Intelligence上担任编辑委员会的评论编辑。同时，以客座编辑的身份在国际期刊Axioms组织一期特刊“Fuzzy Theory and Decision-Making Theory”。目前，担任IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems、Information Sciences、Financial Innovation、Applied Soft Computing、Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence、Artificial Intelligence Review、AIMS Mathematics等SCI/SSCI期刊审稿人。
