林海南，重庆大学物理学院副教授，硕士生导师，2015年于中科院高能物理研究所获博士学位。2015年9月—2017年8月在重庆大学物理学院做博士后研究工作。2017年9月至今任重庆大学物理学院副教授。长期从事高能天体物理和宇宙学方向的研究。主要研究领域包括伽玛暴天文学、快速射电暴天文学、宇宙各向异性等。目前已在MNRAS、ApJ、EPJC等国际知名期刊发表SCI学术论文70余篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目一项， 重庆市科研项目两项，中央高校项目若干项。
