陈泌文，重庆大学副研究员，武汉大学博士学位，博士导师为吴黎兵教授、何德彪教授，合作导师为向涛教授。先后主持和主研了国家重点研发计划子课题、国家自然科学基金、重庆市自然科学基金等10余项科研项目。在IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security、IEEE Transactions on Cloud Computing、IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology、IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computing、IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering、IEEE Internet of Things Journal、Journal of Parallel and Distributed Computing、计算机学报、中国科学、密码学报等国内外著名期刊、会议上录用和发表论文30余篇，荣获重庆市科技进步一等奖1项，获得DMBD 2021、ProvSec 2021会议最佳论文奖，获得国家发明专利授权10余项。长期担任包括IEEE TCC、 TII、TVT等10余个国际学术期刊审稿人。
